Pre-Thanksgiving Fun!

34 Weeks: November 16 - 22

We enjoyed many first this week. Brandon took a bath in his big boy bathtub, attempted feeding himself, and we had Thanksgiving with Cody's parents. Brandon is really growing -- and fast.

I was reminiscing about last "Pre-Thanksgiving". I wore my regular jeans to school on Friday. (FYI - I was 20 weeks pregasaurs) Well, when I woke up on Saturday morning and attempted to put on the same jeans -- NO LUCK! They were not even close to zipping - we are talking like 5 inches from closing!!!! Alas, I had to bust out the maternity jeans (which I grew to love) that I had packed 'just in case'. Good thing I thought ahead! I had completely "popped". I told my students the following Monday, mainly because there was no way I could hide it anymore. One of my students actually said, "Hey, Mrs. Adams, you look big today. You know like there is a baby in THERE! (Pointing to my belly.) Not exactly how I envisioned them finding out, but oh well. It is just amazing how much has changed since last year and how wonderful my life is now with my two boys.

I truly underestimated how much fun Brandon was going to have in this bathtub. He would stay in there all day if we would let him.

More bath time fun!

Enjoying some time around the house. Brandon and Daddy were playing while Mommy was making another big wardrobe switch out. Brandon was moving up from 6 month clothes to 6 - 9 months and even some 12 month-ers. He is growing so quickly. We are definitely going to struggle keeping this boy in jeans - he is soooo long!
