Just talking with Mommy.
Smiling at tummy time.
Such a sweet face.
I adore his smile. How can you have a bad day, with this smile waiting for you?
This week was full of little projects. One being, blowing up Brandon's pool. Now smart people would have bought an air pump, but not us. We blew this up with our own 'hot air'. Thankfully we have plenty. Just so you know, Cody was the major contributor since he has more 'hot air'.
Hanging out with Mommy.
Brandon has started scootching (technical term) all around his crib. It is always interesting where he ends up in his crib or play pen. Here is a little snap of how he scootches in his sleep, and as you can see, putting the pads under him is a lost cause. I have a feeling he is going to be one of those kids that his their feet on their pillow in the morning.
We had Dominick and Lexi for most of the week. Dominick learned how to clean the grill and helped Cody cook hot dogs, with supervision of course.
Two for one special.

Snack time!

Fourth Of July 2009
We had a great Fourth of July. Our wonderful friends, Chip and Heather, had us over for some food and fun! The kids had a great time playing in the pool, and we really enjoyed hanging out with friends.
Brandon's Fourth of July Get-up!
So patriotic!
Um, what are the safety precautions for the fireworks going to be?
Daddy and Brandon hanging out with the guys.

The kids had such fun in the pool. Evan is trying to get in.

Watching everyone in the water.

Lexi watched the 'little kids' play in the water as she waited on watermelon.

Mommy and Brandon. He was a little hot and a little tired at this point.

Brandon has decided he actually likes his activity mat now. He likes to swat at the butterflies and the zebra/cat/we are not really sure what it is. Brandon even likes to talk to them. They are his 'pets' for now.
Notice the concentration and skill!

Aww, he is getting so big. I need to come and see him.
